I transferred all my home/ business/ car policies a few years ago to Middendorf and have never regretted the decision. I appreciate that Marla recently reached out to me when she found a different product that gave me more coverage at a lower price! My car was drowned in a street flood on Saturday night, June 30th. Many people were in the same predicament. I thought it would take a long time to contact my insurance company, agent and an adjuster because it was a weekend and the sheer volume of claims that would be submitted. But that did not happen. I heard from an adjuster on Monday morning and am sure that was due solely to the fact that Middendorf opened for business on Sunday to start processing claims. It is wonderful to have this company handling my insurance business.

I highly recommend using Middendorf Insurance Associates for all of your insurance needs. I had the delight of working with Travis who walked me through the process of obtaining my own insurance policies in Renters and auto insurance. He asked pertinent questions to get a reliable quote and then once he determined the right match between coverage and cost, found me the right amount of insurance I desired.
I was new to obtaining my own insurance so he walked me through the whole process of how it all worked and explained to me what each aspect of my policy meant so that I could add on extra benefits or decline what I did not need. Travis is someone I would recommend to any first-time insurance buyer.

We decided to change insurance agencies to Middendorf after discovering they not only were able to handle our car, boat, umbrella, camper, and home policies, but also our health insurance. In addition to that, since they are an independent agency that represents multiple insurance companies and are not beholden to any one company, they were able to obtain insurance identical to our prior insurer for over $1,000 less per year!
