I currently hold a policy with ISI. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks to increase the coverage, and have received no response to multiple voicemails and emails. Now I'm just trying to cancel the policy, since I obtained coverage elsewhere from a more responsive company. If they can't respond when I'm trying to give them more money, I'm very concerned about what it would be like in the unfortunate event of a claim needing to be filed. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
