Zarah ate Kinghorn has all of our property insurance business. I've been in business for over 20 years but had never made a claim on my business insurance so always sought out the cheapest price. Other agencies were happy to play along. A coverage review with Thomas Tayloe at Kinghorn revealed I was seriously exposed in several areas and that for a few dollars more i could be fully covered and even pick up a few extra coverages including business interruption insurance in case of disaster. Thomas was one of the first people to call me after Hurricane Matthew and a few weeks later I received a big ole check from the insurance underwriter. Switching to Thomas and Kinghorn is one of the most profitable decisions I've ever made!

Kinghorn's service is excellent. I recently wanted to place my auto with a new carrier, after leaving a direct writer. I reached out to Kinghorn's personal lines staff. Originally, I was looking at a specific company for my auto insurance. Their rates were still too high. Without asking, Macon pulled a quote from another carrier who had amazing rates, shaving 50% of my auto premium off.
She got this all done in 1 afternoon and I had the coverage bound for the following day. Super-fast service, that saved me several hundred dollars. Even better, since I had all my coverage under one agency, I ended up getting another discount - saving me more money. I could not be more pleased with the staff and their service.

I transferred my home, rental unit and all of my vehicles. Could not be more happy with professionalism, knowledge, and quick response of Zarah and the Kinghorn team.
