Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness BUYERS BE AWARE : TRAVIS IS VERY INCOMPETENT. HOW ARE YOU AN INSURANCE AGENT AND CAN NOT PROPERLY WRITE A CONTRACT TO SIMPLY TAKE MONEY OUT FOR DIRECT PAYMENT FOR SERVICES, FROM A BANK ACCOUNT? Like isn't that apart of your normal day job! I would not recommend this company for anything and make sure you don't use TRAVIS!

Called and left a voice mail for Karen Travis (office was closed that early) that once again The Hartford didn't send me proof of insurance. I had my proof 34 minutes after they opened for the day. In today's world I can buy insurance from just about anywhere, but it's Karen I choose because she is always available & ready with great customer service!
