We began by specializing in offering Voluntary Benefits and services to members of Labor Unions and their families through worksite marketing.

Edward Stringer and James Franzoni founded SF&C Insurance Associates, Inc. in 1981. To this day, SF&C continues the firm's original focus of assisting working families by offering the voluntary benefits that help provide them with the security everyone works to attain. Jeff Patti, SF&C's General Manager, joined the company in 1990 as a Benefits Representative. In recognition of his outstanding achievements he was promoted to his current position in 2018.

Definitely do not recommend this company. They do not return your phone calls and send you back and forth from one person to another. No matter what the issue is, it is very difficult to get the reps to help.they say they have to contact customer service for them to send you an email.it has been several days and customer service does not send me an email.they say have to contact the rep, but the rep then tells you the same.that they have to contact customer service -- that should not take more than a day.it has been weeks now, actually months since my initial request for help!.so they keep you like a ping pong ball like this while NO ONE DOES ANYTHING! I want discontinue them and it is just as difficult.they give you the runaround! Save yourself some headaches and look somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The worst experience I have ever had. They took almost $1000 dollars from me to fund an accidental plan and two life insurance policies that were never funded and now I have to chase them down to get my money back! The broker is just as bad! Never again. I will stick with Aflac!

Now where do I start this place is a joke this place is taking money out of my check for three pays had nerve a lot of money and said they only seen at one time I will not recommend this place to nobody all I know is I better get my refund anytime we fashion they was taking my money I want my money back that they owe me then had the nerve to say it was a error why didn't you call me or ask me is this a mistake

These ppl ain't nothing but a big joke ' I've been calling to them for the last 4 days now & still haven't talk to the person they say handles out yard. BullS**t I tell you ' I can't wait to talk to someone. because this is unacceptable I pay good money EVERY TWO WEEKS and I can't get a simple customer service

I have been trying to cancel a policy with these people for over a year. I am trapped in a Kafkaesque nightmare with no end in sight. Do not get started with these people--they'll never let you go.

I have been dealing with these people since 2013, and 3 times my accounts have been canceled, as they were never funded. Don't waste your time, or money with these people!

The building here is the Baltimore Life building. Sf&c Insurance in located inside. The staff are very friendly, smart and very professional. They know their products. Awesome group of professionals. Thanks for your services.
