Kenny is doing everything he can to get rid of the small businesses. Our liability insurance hasn't lapsed in over seven years and we have never filed a claim. However Kenny canceled it and never even bothered to send us a notice! When we went in to talk with him, he was very unprofessional and borderline rude. He refused to even give us the name of someone with whom we could contest the decision.

If you are paying high automobile and/or homeowner's insurance rates then I would highly suggest that you visit my friend, Wesley Walls at Insurance Center of Harrisonburg. He took a look at both of our policies and was able to get us the same coverages + some extra things that we were unaware were available, such as a "country dwelling" rider due to our pond and the liability that comes with it.

In all, he was able to save us $2232 per year and we even have a 17-year-old son on our auto policy. It couldn't hurt to have him take a look at your current policy. If he can't find a way to save you money then you haven't lost a thing. I'm just sad that I didn't find him sooner!

Mike invited me in to give me a quote on home, auto, and motorcycle insurance. I thought that I had the best insurance for The price that I was paying, but decided to go and see what he had to offer anyway. He was able to give me the same insurance coverage for less than half of what I was paying with a different company. I was thrilled! But then he explained the coverage that I had.

I then realized that I definitely needed more than the state minimum coverage. He was able to get me 10 time better coverage for less than I was paying before. This is a great company with great employees. One of the best businesses that I have ever worked with. Even if you think that you are getting a good price with someone else, it never hurts to take 20-30 minutes and see what Mike and the ICOH can do for you. Trust me, it will be well worth your time.

Everyone that works here is friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and I've never waited long when stopping by. Specifically, my agent is Wes Walls and he is amazing. I bought a used car on a Friday night at 7pm and he took my call while out to dinner with his family to ensure I could drive off the lot that night. He understands my schedule and does what he can over the phone/by email to save me time in his office.
