A couple of years ago my Safeco Ins, which I had for years raised their rates. I decided that instead of going through the internet, I wanted to talk to a" local real person" I search for and found Hart Insurance Agency. I'm not sure as to which claim you are referring to with this email and survey. We had two claims for a car accident and one for our wind damaged fence on our property. Each time, Encompass has had prompt service with phone conversation and onsite adjusters. Each time, Encompass has been very generous in claim payments. Each time, Encompass has been very open with communications either by letter, phone calls or email. I can't think of any other insurance company that I had used that has been so open and hands on with their clients!

Janna is amazing! I called to receive a quote and she was more than helpful! She provided me with a great quote compared my previous insurance and made sure we compared apples to apples! She took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain all in detail. She saved us $1,000 a year! She has since then followed up with me and remembers me when I call for questions still!
