Stay away! They try to take advantage of peoples ignorance when it comes to insurance like people not from this country that do not know the laws. You can get way better and cheaper insurance from a well name company! They were charging over $100 a month for liability insurance on a older car and now got a newer car went to The General and they were $30 cheaper and better service. Don't listen to the "good" reviews.its usually people who are family and friends of the company.

So far I've had a positive experience. The guy was helpful when I came in. I have two accidents and one speeding ticket. He was able to find insurance for my license called Broadform at 171$ a month in Seattle which I believe is pretty good.

A Mexican guy working on every computer cheated me by saying that I would get a refund whenever I terminate my contract and he didn't keep his word. I believe either he didn't know the policy well or he took my money after I terminated. I had no penny and was eagerly waiting for the refund & I m so sorry
