If you're looking for someone to constantly put you on the back-burner because of their 'slammed' schedule and not actually read any of your emails to understand exactly what you're looking for. Then this is the insurance company for you. Would highly recommend NOT using this company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

After being with State Farm for 7 years I decided to change policies due to none communication and unsatisfactory result. I was referred by Kirk from Allstate, not know who I would end up with or speak with. I was able to speak with one of the best and get a quote and new policy in the same day. Called again and they know my name. Thank you Progressive for giving me my moneys worth.

I have been with Foster and Witmer for over four years. Recently has been a tough battle as a small business owner. With all that being said, they quoted me one price in an email and then snuck a higher down payment past me. Their only excuse was, I thought I called you and let you know. After spending many years with F&W I was shocked to find a refund check in the mail. The accompanying letter was so vague I did not know what the check was for. It turned out that they had canceled my companies insurance over TWO months ago and never let me know. I emailed. No response. I called and left a message. Ne reply. I called the next day and talked to a secretary who told me our insurance was indeed canceled but could not tell me why.
She assured me she would find out and why get back to me. She never did. I called the next week and talked to my agent. She said she would check in on why my policy was canceled and she would work with me to get a new policy going. She assured me she would call back the next day when she had more information. She never called back. I get it. I can take a hint.
You do not care about us or the business we have had over the last 5 years. I will never use your services again and I suggest to anyone else to steer clear of this business.
