I've called quite a few insurance agents to ask for certificates of insurance for contractors I've hired for residential work, but Kathy Hux with Carolina Underwriters is the most professional, nicest, and helpful agent I've ever dealt with. Each time I've called, very professional, complete certs are emailed quickly, even on very short notice. I wish all the contractors I call had insurance with this agency.
