Service and recommendations on policies were the strong points. The agent was responsive (actually took phone calls and returned them---no automated tree, press 1.) and offered suggestions, without pushing additional insurance, when we needed. We moved from another state and transferred home, liability and car insurance to Piedmont all at once. It went without a hitch due to the agent. In some cases we also saved some money from previous policies which was a plus Highly recommend

We have had the best experience with Elizabeth Buchanan at Piedmont Insurance Associates. She is extremely responsive and always answers any questions we have. We recently purchased a new vehicle and she made the transfer easy and seamless. We highly recommend making the switch over to her and Piedmont. At least see if you she can save you some money, like she did for us!

Piedmont Insurance took care of everything for us when we moved to North Carolina- auto, home, RV, boat and umbrella policies. They were professional, prompt getting back to me, even in the height of Covid, and were able to offer great rates and great service. I sold State Farm for 27 years as a licensed agent so it was a leap for me to move to another company. Karly did an excellent job and really lived up to all of my high standards and expectations.
