I received my service from Jamie Buchanan. I could not have been more pleased. She was knowledgeable, patient and gracious on all of the many interactions we had. Always offered assistance and met all commitments she made to me regarding what she would do and when she would do it. I would also like to mention Lee. I only spoke with her once and she too was very helpful

My wife and I have had our auto (2 cars), home, and vacation home insurance thru Metro for over 10 years. I have known one of the two founders for more than 10 years thru my Rotary Club and he is a fellow Vietnam Veteran with service as a Marine Corps pilot. The service from the agency has been excellent and the pricing fair, especially since they represent many different carriers. I strongly recommend Metro Agency for all of ones insurance needs. Insurance as it is, is a necessary costly expense. My recent experience with Cory in obtaining Home Owners insurance was a pleasure. Cory talked WITH me and not AT me. He listened to my needs. Being a first time home buyer I am concerned with my budget and while I need insurance, Cory's honesty and willingness to cater to my budget was priceless to me. 3 years ago I purchased my first home. I am so glad I found Metro Agency. Metro Agency has provided us both home and car insurance for 10 years, and they have provided us with great service and rates.
