Kelly has been our personal and commercial insurance agent for many years. She is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, but most importantly kind. Whenever we have had questions she has taken the necessary time to answer them all with a smile. A few years back I hit a deer and Kelly had a rental vehicle for me the very same day. Car insurance is something you have and hope to never have to use. We were involved in a hit and run Friday evening and by Monday mid morning- Kelly and Kayo had submitted my claim, made a reservation for a rental car, and had an adjuster scheduled to come look at my car. They were extremely understanding and helpful- explaining the process to me step by step.
They made what could have been a very painful and inconvenient process- simple and easy. I have dealt with Kayo and Kelly on multiple occasions and they are always very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

I switched to GBK a couple of years ago after being with State Farm for over 30 yrs. I couldnt believe how much more reasonable the rates were for getting more for my money. My agent is Kelly and she has been wonderful with explaining my policies and recently making my loan seamless by being attentive and emailing documents right away. If your looking for a great well informed and personable agent she is your girl!

I have been dealing with Garwood, Buda & Knight for well over 30 years.pretty much my entire driving "career". For a good part of those years, Kelly has been my agent. She has ALWAYS been helpful, responds quickly to random insurance questions and is very knowledgeable. She will always do her best to find the best insurance at the best price. I often have coworkers tell me to check out their insurance company and when I send them my policy they will admit they can't come close the coverage for what I currently pay. I would highly recommend this company for all of your insurance needs!

My boyfriend and I had an offer accepted on a house and needed paperwork to go through as soon as possible. Lisa was on top of it all, she knew exactly what we needed and if we had any questions she was ready to answer them. The day we needed things, Lisa was heading on vacation the next day but she made sure to get us information before she left and she also set us up with the contacts of co-workers so if we needed to reach out to someone for questions or anything else we had that in our back pocket. We plan on using GBK Insurance Agency for future needs. Highly recommended!
