Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Wish I could put zeros stars. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever stepped foot in. Got completely shunned away and ignored. Called multiple times with no answer. When in with no appointment and got yelled at. The floors are always messy and employees rude.

They work with me to make sure I'm getting what I want/need and explain things in terms I can understand. I feel very secure with Walton Insurance Group and believe they have my best interest in mind.

Tenisha at Waton Insurance Group is a wonderful go-to for all my insurance questions. Recently I wanted to know if I had unlimited health coverage that I have been hearing in the news here in Michigan. She answered back with a very clear answer and filled me in on a few more details. It is very comforting to know that someone so knowledgeable is on my side.

Every time I've tried calling I get attitude or condescension from a number of the female employees at this office, who it seems like go out of their way to be unhelpful and do the bare minimum for customer service for me and my family. I wouldn't recommend touching this agency with a 10 foot pole unless you're totally familiar with insurance, don't expect any explanations or helpful suggestions. Look elsewhere!
