I went to get homeowner's coverage information I mean general info. The office worker, Tracy, was very understanding and helpful. I also got chance to meet Mr. Palmer, the boss, who probably has forgotten more insurance stuff than some agents know. He explained the variety of services their agency offers and he did it in a way a person off the street could understand.
I can suggest that anyone needing help in this topic would find it worth it to visit them. Mr. Palmer even took me outside to point out features of local homes and the kinds of issues a home owner could face. And it was cold today, without a coat he was still full of enthusiasm to help. Thumbs up!

My mother just got a newer car because her old car threw in the towel. She has a perfect driving record from the time she began driving to present day, (many many years of driving experience w/o any incidents what so ever). Today she got her new insurance bill/rate in the mail and it is totally mind blowing on how much MORE her insurance jumped up! Also there were charges and fees on the bill that are uncalled for and ridiculous. I honestly DO NOT recommend anyone getting insurance from this agent.

Nationwide's Richard Palmer in Youngwood is best insurance agency i have ever worked with. Great atmosphere, fast, best prices and answered all my questions perfectly. Being that they are a family business really made me feel right at home when i was there. They made feel like i was apart of the their family as well. Rich worked very hard to make sure he got me the best of everything i needed. I highly recommend him to everyone.
