Even though there was not clear communication on when I could pick up the bond, Kim was pleasant to work with. However, she did not inform me at any point that the address registered on Google was no longer the correct address for their office. Unfortunately, I only found this out as I arrived at the address provided by google (which still has the name of the company on the sign visible from the street, all over the building as well as inside of the suite.) and could not find Sandy who was to meet me to pass the bond.
Upon finally establishing direct communication with Sandy (Kim initially was the middle man for communication) she was not polite, barely acknowledged me when she handed me the bond and said nothing after but turned and walked away. I did not appreciate the lack of acknowledgement for my inconvenience. As a service provider, wouldn't you want to be sure at the very least that your customer knows where you're located?
Especially if you've discussed them coming to the office? Aside from the disappointing customer service, they were very quick, simple and efficient in issuing my bond so for that, I am thankful.

My homeowners and auto insurance premiums seemed high, so I did a comparison of eight leading insurance carriers. Auto-owners offered the best rates, comparing apples-to-apples. I am very pleased with the service from Cheryl McGuire at the Pauline office, and have since learned that two of my good friends also did comparison shopping and selected Auto-Owners as well.
