They are liars which are on your side until your vehicle is involved in an accident and not your fault. We specifically asked about uninsured motorists coverage for our vehicle when converting our policy from our mom who done business with this place for over 6 decades. Deceived and lied to about our coverage. Beware of companies such as this one.
They place even no accident drivers and elderly with low rated, no moral or ethics companies that find a way not to cover your car, even if you are not at fault. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. You are better going with a higher level coverage companies if you want to be covered properly. DECEPTIVELY IMMORAL.

I've never had an issue with their customer service for years until yesterday. I renewed my insurance and everything went through. Through the years they have always emailed me everything right away, sometimes even while I'm still on the phone. But yesterday, I waited all day for the documents and the temp card and it took 3 calls to the company before they emailed me everything.
My email has ALWAYS been on file, but I had to spell out my email to them all 3 times that I called them. I have been very patient and waited all day. So I called again, before they closed and they answered (in fairness) and the lady told me that she emailed it and she told me where she emailed it and she had the wrong email address (after I spelled out to them my email 3x).
She told me she will send everything the next day (my insurance expires that day) and we will need the temp cards since we will be using the car. I have never had an issue or worry about renewing it a few days before it expires since they always email me everything the same day, except yesterday when I had to call them 3x! I don't know what it is, and what's going on with the company BUT I have never had an issue with them before they had merged with another company!

I had been a customer for over 10 years. For at least 3 years I have had an issue with the fact that when it is time to renew they first start with sending papers in the mail. Next I get an email. Then 3-5 calls and a text. 8x I am reminded to renew. As early as 8:30 am by the way! Lovely for people like me who work nights! After at least 3x (over 3 years) complaining about this (the last time telling them it is almost enough to discontinue using their service) I finally decided it was time to move on.
I gave these guys chance after chance. They gave me 3 horrible insurance companies. American Alliance was the absolute worst company ever. Please yelp the insurance company they give you. If American Alliance was not the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I may have overlooked that they disregarded my requests to not receive reminder calls texts and emails to renew and I may have overlooked they aren't open on Saturday and even overlook the fact they do not respond to emails.
In addition to the fact they have neglected to send me an insurance card even after emailing them to notify them that I never received one. 1. Calls texts and emails repeatedly at early hours when renewal time comes 2. Does not respond to complaints 3. Does not send proof of insurance even after making them aware 4. Does not reply to emails. 5. Offers the worst insurance companies ever. 6. Closed on Saturdays

When I was little, I always seen eagle man commercials. Now as an adult I've been with Eagle insurance since 2018. This company is affordable. I never had to use the insurance until recently I had had an accident. I emailed them with the information on the accident and recieved a call within the half hour. No games, and no run around. I couldn't be happier on how they handled everything. I have had Fabien and Enadina as representatives. Both have always been kind and very helpful. I can vouch for Eagle. They are legit.

In light of the pandemic, it speaks volumes when companies such as Eagle insurance put their customers first before money. The way how Brad put his all efforts to get a good deal on insurance is so much for me! I didn't have to worry about budgeting everything just to ensure I still had coverage on my car. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be specially because of Brad's customer service.
Even if Eagle charged a little more than other car insurance companies, I would still stay connected. Your customer service is like no other! Thank you Brad and Eagle for putting me first!

I remember having Eagle Insurance back in 2011 and nothing has changed. They still have the best costumer service and rates available. I like working with Eagle. I've had "Scape Harm" and "Allsnake" among other bigger insurance brands before and wasn't happy with their services compared to their prices. And when I needed them they weren't there. One of the bigger places actually had armed guards and bullet proof glass when you went to hand over your title and receive what little amount they could wittle you down to for your totaled vehicle.
If that wasn't telling enough what is? Sadly, many of the people that say "you're in good hands" seem to be in the business for one reason. To take and not to give. Eagle Insurance is my choice. It's a smaller company and I've never had an issue with them. Imho- Go with Eagle if you can. Brad, the renewal manager was amazing. He talked to me personally and through his efforts kept me as a customer. He deserves credit for that. I wonder how many other customers he has saved for Eagle. Hope this helps anyone looking for a great insurance

I love Eagle Insurance! Fabian, the insured agent is my go to whenever I need something! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go anywhere else for car insurance. These people are so incompetent. And yes i should have known what i was dealing with and spent the extra money to have better insurance but I never expected to need my car insurance as i haven't been in an accident for so many years. When you do actually need your company you will see how horrible they are.

I have been insured through Eagle Insurance for 3 years and it has been a pleasure being a customer of theirs. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone has always been very kind, courteous and polite. They always kept me informed and up to date with my renewals and were very helpful when I had to update my coverage or change vehicles on my policy. Amazing customer service and there are no words to say how wonderful our rep Fabian Martinez is. He makes it so easy to renew our policy and is always extremely helpful, polite and never fails to inquire if we have any questions. When it comes to Car Insurance l can honestly say Fred Ricks has been the most personal efficient amazing agent l have had the pleasure to call for my insurance. He has been my agent for over 15 years (at least) and has always been friendly, cordial and super honest. At times, l have even come to his office as l feel he is also a friend. I feel comfortable and safe to know there are people like Fred handling my car insurance.
I always go back to him. l always wait for him and quite frankly, will never switch anywhere else because of Fred. I have had State Farm insurance people calling me for reasonable quotes, but its all the same at the end. I love my insurance guy and that is all there is to it. If you want a car insurance policy quote and you have questions and or concerns this is the guy that you want to talk to.
His extension number is #724 (I also can assure that the staff generally speaking are very good when it comes to customer service. They also have docu sign (online document app) which makes things soo much easier. You have your insurance in half hour via email and hard copies in the mail. They take payment upfront or monthly payments. I highly recomend for your insurance needs.

Brad at eagle was always responsive but I did tell him I wanted a new insurance company when my term was up. Some chic with such a heavy accent has called me three times to renew my policy. I can barely understand her message. This was a complaint I had with founders. I informed him of this and that I emailed brad asking for a card on July 30th when i realized i never got one in May. Novemebre comes. still no card but remember to email me to renew when I told him I wasnt renewing.

The absolute worse Insurance company ever, First off I was a client for 4 years of Eagle and without incident, that being said due to Murpheys Law my insurance plan ended and being broke i knew i would be able to renew till the end of the month, but i got into an accident two weeks after my insurance ran out (bummer) and they would not even help me i was willing to renew that same day but no go. Secondly I renewed my policy and then went on to buy a new car and switched companies to State Farm (which was just as bad) sent them a fax, called and an email about discontinuing my policy and guess what I received a bill! WHAT?! Fred said he would take care of it but i was still charged for 3 months even though i called 4 days after renewing my policy. i should have gotten it all back. Needless to say the worst insurance company, ZERO feedback until i saw the charge back on my CC bill.

Lets face it, if you grew up in the 80's, you'll bond with anyone instantly over those commercials with the girls in tight, high waisted jeans, proclaiming, "OH look at those LOW rates!" How I relish in watching an obviously male Eagle take a squat over their car and hatch an egg with the baby eagle popping out, holding a paper quote in its beak.
You know what? I'm not mad at Eagle for possibly not providing the best coverage you can get; but after being derailed inappropriately, and unfairly by a semi-major auto insurance company, I'm happy to take Eagle until the other insurance agencies are ready to behave and charge me without discriminating over my 4 accidents in 22 years. I know what I am getting into and I am happy to get what I pay for under these circumstances.
Major insurance companies could learn a lot from what Eagle is providing here. I am not overspending money for coverage I know is being extended to others for a much lower rate. Insurance is exactly that. You pay out of your wallet for someone to take care of you should you be in an accident. That agency shouldn't judge you for going through a rough time.
You need protection during rough times. That's why consumers are really getting insurance. You don't only protect people because you know nothing ever happens in their life. I have an ancient vehicle. It is a 1996 Saturn that has seen it's better days come and gone. I was not looking for full coverage or anything special. All I needed was basic, run of the mill, ordinary liability insurance and I REFUSED to pay a lot of money for this needed insurance. I recieved dozens and dozens of quotes and these guys were the best hands down. They beat the second place company by about $10 per six months. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and got me covered quickly

I've always experienced excellent customer service from this company. Fast, courteous & efficient customer service representatives. HOWEVER.that being said, the actual problem doesn't lie with Eagle Insurance. The problem lies with FOUNDERS INSURANCE COMPANY, the actual company that provides the insurance to Eagle Insurance. I had a car accident last year (a surgeon driving with a suspended driver's license AND no insurance) hit me from behind and made me hit a brand new Infiniti.
My car was dented, the guy in front of me had dents and I had to go to the ER. Founders Insurance actually had the nerve to want to give me a lousy $300 for my troubles. Ummm my ER bill alone was over a grand, let's not even talk about the quote from Founders' auto body shop. When I got an attorney, all of a sudden it was determined that the claims adjuster was new and didn't know what she was doing. Founders finally settled after my attorney threatened to take them to arbitration. Fortunately for me, my policy had then expired and I moved on to State Farm.
Would you believe that the day after my Founders/Eagle Insurance policy expired, Founders actually had the gall to call me and ask me if I wanted to renew my policy? GTFO! If you are in a jam and need insurance in a hurry, sure go with this company. But if you wind up in a car accident, don't look for any big payouts-you're going to be looking at a few big headaches for the next couple of months, and possible time off from work going to court and/or arbitration. In my eyes, it's so NOT worth it.
