Hometowne Insurance

Very professional and friendly people. My family has been using Hometown for insurance for decades. They always look for the best rates with the best rated companies. Thank you to the entire staff!

UPDATE-The guy below reiterated their policy which was NOT explained to me BEFORE getting insurance. He totally missed the point. Why wasn't this told this when I said I wouldn't be getting Illinois licenses for a WHILE? I was able to proceed with the insurance even after telling them this. There's no use in stating a policy once insurance has been issued.

Not a whole lot you can do after the fact. Duh. I was unsure if I was going to be moving back to Texas. Ridiculous. Terrible. I moved from Texas and couldn't change my license and plates because I may be moving back. Called them and the rep who I will be kind enough not to mention the name of said it should be fine. When I went to go and sign for my policy, I brought this up again.

He said it should be fine again. I said it wouldn't likely be done for a WHILE. At that point, I shouldn't have been given a policy. A month later, my policy was cancelled. Take your business elsewhere. Incompetent people that either don't truly know their own policies or just don't care. They will try and say they told me the full details but they absolutely did not. I went back to State Farm and will gladly keep paying more for better service. Ridiculous.

They are one of the most helpful people we have dealt with when it comes to any of our insurance needs. If you have a question you can email them or call them and they will answer it within the same day. We are glad they help us with our business needs such as new additions to insure or certifications of insurance. Not only will they find the best rates for you, they keep you updated with any changes.

Will highly recommend Hometowne insurance if you have a small business that needs a guidance on any insurance needs to have you covered. We will be staying with them for as long as we are in business.

Let me start by saying how awesome and helpful they are. Our house is now more insure than ever. We found out our past insurance didn't covered our home fully like it was supposed to be. Hometowne not only gave us more coverage but also a better rate. We switched everything to them and haven't been disappointed at all. Extremely friendly and professional staff.

The Hometowne Insurance office staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. They answered all my questions over the phone and followed up with an email promptly after our call with all of the paperwork I would need. I was happy with the rates they were able to provide me for my renters and auto insurance, and I plan to stay with them for any insurance needs that I have moving forward.

Hometowne Insurance was the place that I turned to for help once my wife and I got married. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with at every turn, and brought his own personal life experiences to the table in educating us as we planned to grow our little family. Hometowne Insurance were and will remain the only place we will do insurance through. I needed home, auto & life insurance and had know idea where to turn other than the big guys you always hear about with the funny commercials on tv. I was referred by a friend to Hometowne and I'm so glad I was! They were able to get me great rates (better than the big guys) and the staff was amazing to work with. They really took the time to explain everything to me so I really understood how I was being covered.

HOMETOWNE INS AND STAFF ARE AMAZING, I HAVE BEEN USING HOMWTOWNE FOR OVER 20 YEARS, I USE THEM FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS. I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM FOR ALL MY INSURANCE NEEDS. THEY ALWAYS PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN I CALL AND ARE READY TO ANWSER MY QUESTIONS. I WOULD GIVE THEM A 10, BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR THAT!
