We started using Heil and Heil for our condominium insurance last year. It was a great start as they got us more insurance for a whole lot less than what we were previously paying. We just got notice that it is time to renew our policy and that the cost was going down. Hard to believe in these days that something is going down. WOW! Christmas in August you have to love it. Our HOA really appreciates it. Being part of our Board I love giving our owners good news like this. Thanks to all at Heil & Heil Ins Agency for a super relationship.

We (Public Library) have had really positive interactions with Heil and Heil. I am a Library Director of a very small library, as such I do pretty much everything. I am not really knowledgeable about insurance beyond the basics. From the very first meeting, I have been treated with respect and helped along with reasons for why we did this, etc. I know my questions were (maybe still are!) basic but I have never felt that I shouldn't ask them. I am so happy to not need to worry about these issues. I know they research what it right for us and I am confident we are getting what we need, within our budget.

Jessica Landers is the most helpful agent I've ever dealt with! This company is outstanding and they explain everything in detail that you need to know! I was talked through all the aspects of coverage and I got great rates (much lower than my current) quoted for me.
