CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I agree with MOE T on his review. Horrible horrible customer service. I have been on hold for 130 minutes just so i can renew my policy. I made a mistake online and wanted to correct it but nobody seems to know what they are doing. Cure auto is a new company in Michigan and I recommended them to multiple family and friends because of their competitive pricing.

Excellent, Extremely Great, Professional Customer service by a young lady named Breanna Smith; she's very informational and patient in answering all of your insurance questions! Please ask for her or Please leave her a message and she will call you back. They are on commission but believe me, this young lady is deserving of it I called around for prices "But" I called Cure Auto Insurance back to speak to this young lady because of their insurance plans and prices the prices with Cure Auto Insurance are absolutely . Cheap insurance yes.but the customer service is horrible! Paid on a policy for months with an expired insurance card. Called over and over for a new one and address change. After 6th call I finally reached someone only to be on hold for another hour. 3 hour hold times seemingly all day everyday. Don't bother leaving a call back number because they won't call you back either! I can't imagine if I actually had an accident and needed help. So far 2 more phone calls and long wait times to cancel this worthless policy!

Customer Service is awesome, prices are very good. But they are horrible when it comes to a claim they lowball you on value of vehicle and you have to pay for independent appraisal to get fair value incredibly slow, they drag their feet on paying claim and the claim adjusters are incredibly rude and uncaring downright mean and treated my wife horrible and insulted her when she called asked about claim status it has been over 45 days, while we're still paying payments waiting on settlement to be sent to credit union. They need to learn michigan claim laws. Will update rating after completion of claim

The rates are the best in Michigan! However, when it comes to a claim, they are horrible! They drag their feet, not quick to call you back, it takes their inspectors a week or better before they even come out to look at the damages! So if you have a car that's worth something, I wouldn't insurance it with cure! The money you save isn't worth the headache if you have to make a claim

I received a call today from Cure stating that they were canceling my policy because one of my vehicles is not in my name. They are right about that.however it is registered in my husbands name. I have been on the phone on hold for over 3 hours. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I cannot for the life of me fathom why it is taking this long to get this straightened out. I am highly disappointed in the poor customer service I am receiving. This is unacceptable. Do better please!

Very cheap, way cheaper than any insurance place in Michigan that's for sure. They are located in new jersey but they service Michigan. Friendly people on the phone when you call and the best prices in town. Definitely worth calling them and getting a quote

I switched from Progressive to Cure and have been with them for almost 6 months now and saved sooo much money. It was easy to show my proof of medical coverage to get my reduced insurance rate and saved almost $200 a month. Highly recommend.

Fair pricing, good customer service. Would've given 5 stars but Roadside assistance is trash. Caught a flat and called roadside assistance around 2am first I was told I'd have an hour wait then kept putting me on hold until they finally told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait and they were telling me I'd have to pay. I ended up using a friend's Triple A.
