Cathy Mazzoli treats my accounts like I am her only customer. You simply will not find service like this anywhere else. I could not recommend more highly!

Their personnel is fabulous. I have been using this agency for over 30 years. They go all out to find the "right" policies for your needs, and if by chance something happens to require processing a claim, they are hugely supportive. They have written polices for my two residences in NJ and NY, art work and jewelry insurance, and specialty cars. Bravo Allen & Stults! Thank you for being there for me!

I've had trouble dealing with my former home and auto insurance company, since I had to deal with a so-called "customer service" center.which was hard to reach, passed me around from section to section and never seemed to correct the company's errors. So when I purchased my current home, I went with the recommendation of my condo mutual president to try Allen & Stults.
It was the best decision I ever made. Allen & Stults is familiar with my community -- they are also the agency handling the master policy -- so the agency knew exactly what I needed to cover. When I called recently to see if I could get a better deal bundling my auto insurance, Katie Fisher was not in her office, but she got back to me within a half hour. She is most responsive (I also needed other documentation for refinancing my home) and is great at following up on requests. I recommend the agency wholeheartedly.

It was so easy to talk to Brent and his team. I have two words to describe the service I received from them: transparency and professional. During a wind storm in October a transformer in the neighborhood blew out causing several surges to the electric system in the area. Our Masonic Lodge had our elevator power source blow out so that the elevator did not operate and our heating system power source would not provide heat. We contact Allen & Stults Co., Inc. and explained the situation.
They filled in our forms and help with filing a claim with Atlantic City Electric. Allen &Stults Co., Inc. were very cooperative and covered all but the deductable of our costs to repair the situation. Our Lodge thanks them for their prompt support and help.

I just want to thank Gail for going above and beyond! My mother had a pipe burst in her kitchen and I was dealing with two insurance companies. One of which was Allen & Stults. Gail stepped in and helped expedite the decision on the claim. What could have been weeks, her help got an answer in one. What amazed me the most was the fact that she could have given me phone numbers to deal with on my own, but she didn't. She understood my situation and took the stress off. Thank you again Gail!
