Liberty Insurance Associates is about the best organization I have ever dealt with. Under the direct leadership of Liberty's president Andrew Harris, every single one of his team members has the capability to handle any and all of my business, personal & private insurance needs. I have the pleasure of working with the Commercial Lines team at Liberty - everyone there is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, friendly, and understanding. Ashley, Lisa, Bridgett, Dionna, Linda, Andrea - everyone you talk to at Liberty has these qualities that you would look for in a successful partnership. I definitely didn't name everyone but there isn't anyone there I wouldn't be happy to work with or glad to hear from - even Brett and Phil! Truly, it's a pleasure to work with everyone there - Liberty has built a fantastic group with a wonderful culture and it shines through in their dealings with me. Over the years, I have had many insurance companies handle my insurance on my properties. However, no one has done as thorough of a job as Anthony and Liberty Insurance Associates. Liberty Insurance Associates has addressed every issue in a timely and proficient manner. Also, they have protected me against costly lawsuits. Overall, I highly recommend Liberty Insurance Associates to anyone looking for their insurance to be handled professionally.

Our company has been using Liberty Insurance Associates for many years. There are plenty of other insurance brokers out there but I don't believe any can really compare to Liberty Insurance Associates. All of the staff at Liberty are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, especially Ashley Kiczalis. I would highly recommend Liberty Insurance Associates.
