Read twice before signing anything this place is unreal bought a utility trailer had to go through hoops to get a rm1 form for plates just bought a new trailer I'm getting the run around to get a rm1 form and transfer insurance form the old one to the new one I have dealt with bad service and stupidity before as not knowing what you need but this place tops them all good luck with trying to get anything done

I had my General Liability insurance through them. I dealt with Dan Richards and it was all good for a while, but at times I felt disrespected by his attitude and actions.you know his tone of voice, his responses, his objections. If you have a business you "HAVE" to make sure your staff represents you properly and they treat clients kindly and respectfully because everyone has something going on with them or family.
You don't know what that person on the other side is going through. A few months ago, I requested, via email, a certificate of insurance and he suggested I use my insurance papers to present to a client, imagine that! And on another email request he never go back to me. That my friends was the end and I felt I had to let everyone else know. I am with a new carrier.
He'll know once they read this review. My GL expires 4/1/19 and I was waiting for this moment to leave this review. Don't let anyone get away with anything that makes you feel uncomfortable and that seems wrong to you. Stand up for yourself! Divirgilio should check his emails, I'm sure I'm not the only one he has BSed.
