Very disappointing! Had insurance with these folks for years. My auto insurance seemed high, so i shopped and found it substantially more reasonable. Kept my home owners although i found it cheaper. Then 3 weeks after i left auto owners contacted me and said i was late on payment. Never made payments, did annual renewal, therefore was no reason to cancel, just let it elapse after letting Denise know i was leaving.
It turned into a debacle! The reason was Denise at Hayward Brown did not let auto owners know i had left. Have emails to prove. Now i will change homeowners. People need to take responsibility!

I had sent their office the documentation to have both the Home Owners and Flood Insurance canceled. They only processed the cancellation of the Home Owners and forgot to process the Flood Insurance. I realized this when I got a statement from the Flood Insurance company. Hayward Brown apologized but to me, it was sloppy work.
