I've been working with this company (specifically with Josh) now for the last six months and not only have they been able to save me money on my personal residence but also on a new commercial warehouse that I purchased in Pensacola Florida. Saving money is always good but for me, what makes this a win-win relationship is there customer service and work ethic.
I've had issues in the past with other insurance companies not calling me back to follow up but this is not the case with Barfield insurance. They follow-up and they keep their promises while being very competitive. You're in good hands with this team.

Due to being in the insurance industry, I am very selective when considering which agency to place my personal insurance. I have had both my automobile and homeowners policies with this agency since 1991. I stay because of the level of service of all it's employees, but particularly Roberta. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and always cheerful (although I am not the easiest person to deal with). She always returns calls right away even though I know she is busy. If she tells you she will do something, you can consider it done. In short, she is the quintessential professional. I recommend this agency without any reservations whatsoever.

I have had Barfield Insurance in Ocoee, Florida for many years. I have had great service with home and auto. Roberta Alford has been awesome. Every time I have called she has been available or calls me right back. Most companies it could be days before a call back. When I walk in the door I am greeted in such a friendly way kind of like that small town feel I love. Never had any issues. Things are taken care of immediately.
