ThompsonBaker resumed normal office hours at 8am this morning in the wake of Hurricane Irma. While we did receive some minor flooding from the storm, our office is fully functional and our dedicated team is ready to serve our valued clients. Our office hours for the remainder of the week will return to our normal 9am-5pm schedule. Many in our community have been significantly impacted by Irma and our thoughts and prayers go out to all who have. We have already assisted many of our policy holders with the claims process and stand ready to continue helping with courtesy and professionalism.

Chelsea joined ThompsonBaker in 2015 as a Commercial Lines Account Manger. Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Flagler College and continued with her Master of Business Administration from University of Florida. She holds both the 2-20 Property and Casualty and 2-15 Life, Health, and Annuity insurance licenses from the State of Florida.

Generation after generation, we've grown from a two-man operation to St. Augustine's most respected and well-known insurance and financial services company.
Matt joined ThompsonBaker in 1998 and is the second generation of his family in the insurance agency business. He began in the firm's Personal Lines department and moved into the Commercial Lines department in 2000. He became Partner in the firm in 2002 and assumed the role of President in 2009. In addition to leading ThompsonBaker, he continues to work with major Commercial clients in the areas of Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Trade Contracting, and Public Entities.He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Citadel and holds a 2-20 Property and Casualty license from the State of Florida.

I have the pleasure of working with Paula Poulin at Thompson Baker. She is prompt and clear with her communication. We have been with this agency since 1996 and athough there has been a great deal of staff turnover who handled our account, we had our best experience, to date, today with Paula Poulin. She was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable as to our insurance needs. Her explanations of benefits helped us to better understand our policies and coverage.

This year I set up a personal review appointment that is offered annually. I was very pleased with the time and services I received from my personal lines account manager Tracy Trezza. I utilize Thompson Baker for my home, auto, and umbrella policies and so far, so good. I've been with them 5 years and I've had no complaints. I think doing a review is a good thing to occasionally consider. We did make a few changes in my coverage. Tracy was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I had insurance with Thompson Baker for 30+ years always paid in full and no claims then I had 3 trees fall on my roof during hurricane Irma. I had to fight tooth and nail for the repairs to get covered and was 1 day out from filing suit when they finally settled it took 4mos. The following year I was never mailed my renewal and when I called to ask where it was I was told by Missy I had been cancelled due to non payment by 4 days and would not be renewed. They had my phone number and made no effort to contact me prior to cancellation. I was a loyal customer for 30+ years.my agent was not.
