I'll do this review in two parts, the general experience with the company and the agent that is specifically helping me. Off the bat, they were very quick to get back to me and contacting them was seamless. This company is easy to work with and very responsive. The agent that is helping is Eric Castanares. I cannot speak more highly of him. Eric is very informative and goes the extra mile when trying to meet my needs.

I appreciate the fact that he followed up with me via phone and email. My situation is complicated, but Eric is researching for me and keeping me in the loop, I really appreciate that he is explaining what is happening at every step and that he sets a realistic expectation of things going forward. In short, this is a top notch business and they are lucky to have someone like Eric on the team. Thanks again Eric!

Scam. This business uses deceptive marketing to imply that that are the same as Covered California. They attach signs to fences in Daly City with only their phone number and the Covered California logo. This is false advertising. The cheapest way to get Covered California is to go directly to Covered California website.

I went here a few months ago to see my options and hoping to get information advice regarding health and dental care. I was advised to speak with Lourdes Mary Dugrenier who is a "certified" agent. Before my appointment I had prepared my notes and questions to ask her. When I had arrived to my appointment on time and asking a couple of questions and she told me I had to call my dermatologist to see if the type of medical care that I was going to choose associated with my present dermatologist; to make a long story short 15 minutes during my appointment the response Lourdes Mary best advised me was "You are wasting my time and I have to take my lunch now." My best advise is not to have this certified agent deal with anyone and this type of unprofessionalism is out of line especially when trying to ask for guidance when it comes to having the best health and medical coverage.

It is so sad because some of the staff member in the office were professional and nice; except for Lourdes Mary who is the ONLY "certified" agent there who's job is to help and guide people with Covered California.

This office is great! The customer service is wonderful. They were very accommodating and great at explaining every step of the process. I appreciated the personal interest that Norm Morales took. Definitely would recommend to anyone who's looking for insurance. Thank you Norm and Team!

I finally cancelled my insurance. Thanks to ralph A. From chesapeake and they will send me my Money back for 3-5 days. I knew it! Mary lourdes didnt send my cancellation letter, her insurance doesnt know that i cancelled it! She took an advantage of me and i was stupid to trust her but it's okay, done is done! I still thank god for it. I will get another health insurance and this time for my employer- more reliable and i can trust them than Mary lourdes.

Tom was extremely helpful and helped me get the best deal on my insurance! He let me in on the best deals and got me the liwest policy with the coverage i needed. Thanks 800 insurance!

I went here to get some information about Covered California. Mary gave me her life story of her brother so I would pay more. She knew what I could afford and what hospital I wanted. But she failed to tell me that I would see two charges. One for the insurance one for the supplement. Then she suggested I get IShield for identity theft. She said it was 9.99 a month and I told her I would think about it and do it at home. Mary said I have to start the process here for you and email you an activation code. NO ACTIVATION CODE WAS SENT AND I WAS CHARGED! DO NOT SEE MARY FOR COVERED CALIFORNIA! She takes advantage of people, doesn't listen and shouldn't be selling ANYTHING!

My daughter turned 16 and got her license. Geico and AllState gave me high rates and my own company Staye Farm also raised my rate. My Agent Dave & Tom save me $800/year compared to all the rest! Awesome job and thanks! Got my life insurance through them too!

I really can't believe that this place is in business. The agent I dealt with was predatory. If you are interested in getting health insurance and the place is advertising Covered California, they should not be the one to decide what kind of insurance package you get. That is exactly what happened. The agent used fear tactics, talking about cancer and her brother and how he was so sick etcetera. to justify refusing to give me straight medical insurance without a supplemental insurance to go with it.

She even tried to tear up. I started my career as a sales person. I know this game and it's just that, a game. The agents probably get commission off of selling the supplemental insurance. I could not believe that the agent absolutely refused to help me because I didn't want the supplemental insurance and her reasoning was she didn't want what happened to her brother to happen to me.

I don't know the laws are around this but the level of manipulation going on in just my 15 minute visit with her should be against the law. It was highly unprofessional. They should not be able to advertise Covered California here. I feel really bad for people who are getting taken advantage by this place. Please go online and know you rights, do not go to this place expecting them to want to help you with Covered California. They want your money and as much of it that they can get.

Well here is the think, I have liability insurance with this guys and in the beginning they were nice and helpful. As a costumer a simple think what I expect is a costumer service! I am trying to insure my tools in my truck for more then 3 MONTHS already meantime I have $40,000 equipment parking with no insurance and every time when I'm calling after a week off trying to reach Mrs Araseli appears to be my agent she giving me this on unacceptable excuses and telling me that she still working on this.

If I can give zero stars I wish I could. The worst in customer service. I am a customer and been with the company for one year. I wanted an insurance agent to search for better rates. He told me that he will email me with rates within the two weeks. No email. I called the second time and the insurance agent told me he will call me in one hour. Did not receive not a single phone call back.

All they're interested is getting new customers. They can care less about the they're existing customers. I guess this insurance agency doesn't get paid for keeping their existing customers.

Very bad customer service! They can sign you up very easy and the very nice when you walking in in the first time but after you sign up if you have any issues you ate going to run after this guys for weeks just for simple email and respond! I don't know if everybody are like that but my agent Araceli is a no no! I hade an issue twice in emergency situation and I simply couldn't get a response from her.

I got a lot of promises that I'll get it done I'll get it done and you just need to run after them for weeks or you need to waste your time go in the to the office and then you'll maybe get things done. I will not recommend this place to no one sorry.

I've been using these guys for years and they are awesome! I don't know why everyone doesn't find and take care of all their insurance through them. They always find me a great price, and they work with me in terms of how much coverage I need and want. They also helped me when I went out of town for 4 months and "leased" my car to a friend-- they instantly helped us work out the best way to do the insurance in a situation like that. 800insurance= HOME+AUTO+BUSINESS Insurance is just one of those things you gotta have and cleared out from your bucket list for peace of mind. I have been a client since I moved to the Bay Area. I just called and got an appointment, then that was it! I never thought of switching, I still get the best rates. Their agent Tom Pastor made all that work out for me.

800-Insurance is amazing. They have great agents that really care about getting you the best insurance out there. I've shopped around and compared other companies' quotes for auto insurance and these people simply can't be beat.even with my less than stellar driving record. :) Oh and another thing, if you can, ask for Zereida because she's so nice and really understanding. (If i could, I would give them 6 stars just because of her).
