Erica Brown and Emmanuel Keys, are the best two fulfillment specialist I've had the pleasure to speak with at an insurance company. It was a pleasure speaking with both of these two individuals which made me feel like family and resolved my issues within a few minutes. No waiting, no losing time, just quick and friendly answers. Thank you for you for having such great workers.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Not the same since Frank sold out to Seeman Holtz. Always have to leave a message when you call the office. Emails are not returned promptly. Calls are directed to a call center and the people there are rude and unprofessional. Moved my policies ( more than 7 to another agent).

My agent Emanuel was not helpful in resolving an important issue that needed attention and was time sensitive. I think the purpose of a good agent is to be there to help you efficiently resolve certain situations.this was not my case. I've called countless times to be left on a voicemail with no call back or no response/resolution. Not only was he rude & inconsiderate to the situation, I had to call the insurance company general customer service line to get my issue resolved which would have been a simple fix had the agent been more willing to help. Do not recommend.

This place is a sham and I don't say that lightly. The ladies are nice no doubt about it but, they either do not understand their business or they are intentionally picking the more expensive plans for their customers. I bought a house recently and being new to the area and a first time home buyer, I went with the property and flood insurance agency that was recommended through my mortgage broker, Huge Mistake.
Their first offer was astronomical, I thought they must have made a mistake but, they did not it was correct. I had a little time to change it so I shopped around and found a great agent, he was very honest with me about what was really going on with the David/Greg policies. I am not going to go into detail about what he showed me. However, I am going to tell everyone reading this that you must question everything your agent tells you and shop around until you find something you can afford, and don't be disappointed if you keep hearing the same price just keep shopping.
A lot of agents are doing this to their customers and I almost don't blame them they are probably being pushed, either economically or in some other fashion, but they shouldn't be ripping their customers off, they can find another way. In the end I ended up saving around 60% on my property and 75% on my flood policy with my new agent, I am talking about a savings amount that could be a down payment on a house, that's a lot of money. Thank you for reading, I just wanted to share my experience with everyone so, hopefully you don't fall into the trap I almost did.
