We just built a new home and within 8 months we got hit by a hail storm that beat the house. We called Mid-Alliance the next day and they had one of their adjusters out the next day. We ended up needing a new roof, gutters, siding and some windows need to be fixed that were cracked. The process was quick and easy. Thanks Mid-Alliance.

On their website, near the top they have a "Request a call back" button. When I tried to send this request, all I received was a 'Delivery Failure Notice.' I tried several times and always received the same message. This is very frustrating.

A bunch a Scam Artists. Never lied on an insurance form to make sure that they came out ahead. Never responded to any attempts to contact. Very discouraging.
