Audrey Brouwer is amazing and we highly recommend Davidson & Associates! After experiencing eroding service and terrible response times from our prior broker we found ourselves on a short turnaround to secure coverage on a new item. As we waited (and waited) for a quote, we realized how anxiety provoking it would be to have bad service if we ever needed to file a claim.

We immediately moved all of our insurance to Davidson and Audrey not only caught omissions and errors made by our prior Broker, but she wrote a better policy at the same cost to us. Within 48 hours we had all of our policies up to date, the additional coverage we needed and a partner that could answer our questions as we considered future plans.

Tony and Bryce are both great people and were both very helpful if I had any questions about anything within my new policy. Karmen was my main point of contact and was very responsive and helpful knowing it was my first time having my own policy. She understood my needs and the difficulty I faced and considered several options. I have had a great experience dealing with Bruce at Davidson & Assoc. I sought help with finding life insurance as I was getting bombarded after requesting quotes online myself and found it difficult to find time to call each representative to determine which would be best for me. Bruce did all that work for me working with the many insurances they work with.

We recently worked with Karmen at Davidson Insurance to find new policies for our Autos and Home/Umbrella/Earthquake.
