Haven't had a claim yet, which I think would be the real test, but so far very good experience. I had to pay my premium over the phone, which was inconvenient, otherwise no issues

They bought out the insurance agency I was with for over 20 years and screwed up my home owners insurance. I went through multiple calls, overnight delivery of payment and find out a month later my insurance on my home was cancelled! Got rid of them as soon as I found out they were incompetent

Horrible company. They will literally rob you. Good luck trying to cancel your insurance with them. They don't even have there offices open anymore.

I don't work for this company yet. Just had an interview. Waiting for the second round. So far everything seems to be moving in the right direction.

I would not recommend this company. Worst insurance agent. Tried 3 times to cancel my policy and they keep renewing it then tell me they cancelled it. They don't return phone calls or emails back. Extremely high rates and when you tell them you found better rates. They then offer to price match it.

Kaplansky insurance is the worst agent I've ever worked with. I can't even get a return call or email. I've been waiting 3 weeks to discuss a lost plate. I get an email today saying they lost all my information on my trailer. I plan on switching immediately. They are a disaster.

Customer service needs a lot of work. Its like pulling teeth trying to get insurance paperwork done. Hopefully the ladies behind the desk were just having a bad day, cheer up!

I have had an awful experience with Kaplansky Insurance. They have been entirely uncommunicative - often going weeks without answering my email. I have asked twice for them to help me figure out where I can right size my insurance, and they continue to avoid the question. They have promised me quotes without ever delivering and promised to help me set up other parts of my insurance and failed to do so. I would never recommend this company to anyone I cared about and suggest people looking for insurance try elsewhere.

Very difficult to get anything done. Multiple requests via email, in person and phone to correct my car insurance. I am giving up and take my business somewhere else.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. I was so spoiled by Gail at Doherty and White and was so worried when Kaplansky "took over". Barbara has been so helpful, understanding and supportive during certain situations, LOVE HER, and I was just contacted by Chris (literally out of the blue) telling me about another car insurance. company with a much cheaper policy. Thankfully, I went with his advice and now have a policy that was almost $750. CHEAPER than my previous. I'm usually embarrassed to write reviews, but I think people who actually do their jobs and go that extra step, should be recognized. SO HAPPY WITH KAPLANSKY INSURANCE!

Came on immediately after my interaction today to give them an awesome review. I was involved in a recent automotive incident with a shady individual, and at 28 years of age I have very little experience with this type of thing. Don took my call and gave me all of the necessary information I needed in order to protect myself. He was extremely informative and more than helpful. It's good to know they are on my side! I'm and attorney and business owner and have used Kaplansky Insurance for more than 20 years. They service a variety of my insurance needs including condo insurance, automobile insurance and my several business insurance needs. Needless to say, from time to time unusual insurance needs arise and the people at Kaplansky Insurance have always followed through on a timely basis. When in a pinch, I know Kaplansky Insurance agents will take care of my personal and business needs.

Except when you first sign in with them they are extremely terrible in every way you could imagine. They don't help you when you need them also they don't alert you in case something wrong. Not to mention their prices are higher than everybody in the area if not in the state of Massachusetts. Unfortunately I cannot rate them less than one star I wish I could I would have gave them minus five stars - 5.
