Any phone interaction I've ever had with this place has been horrible. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking. The constant attitude I get every time I call is just ridiculous. Not to mention it's like pulling teeth to get them to shop a new policy for me. Definitely do not recommend. Editing my review to add a response to the owner. Maybe you should have a system in place for training if you think that's not what happened in the phone call.

Your receptionist was incredibly rude and had so much attitude. Yes I was upset that my premium increased, but that has nothing to do with my review. My review is simply for the attitude I received. I called in to get help and answers and instead I got spoken as if I were stupid and an inconvenience. I stand by my review.

Moved to Fl recently and have had to call now 5 times to get them to PROPERLY cancel my policy, first they were going to just let my policy in maine expire after the 6 months, which i JUST paid for before i left Maine. Then they confirmed my policy had been cancelled TWICE over the phone, the second time i called after not receiving my refund they sent me a confirmation saying it in fact WAS cancelled. After ANOTHER week of not seeing my money i called and was told in fact that it was NEVER cancelled. and they showed ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY TO MY SITUATION AT ALL.

The service is absolutely AWFUL. i moved to Fl recently, and cancelled my policy through them. this was my 5th time calling to deal with this. i was told 3 times by my own agent that it had been cancelled and even was sent a CONFIRMATION that it was cancelled. after weeks of calling to fix this and waiting on my refund i called today and recieved NO sympathy OR concern about the AWFUL customer service i had recieved this past month trying to get almost $1k from them for a month. best of luck to all their current customers.

I had an accident and my car was toast and Sarah was polite, professional and provided me piece of mind in dealing with my claim. Rousseau insurance is the only choice when making a decision in regards to your insurance needs. They even saved me over $55 a month on my premium compared to Geico.
