Clark Insurance served my parents needs over their life time and when they both passed away, Clark, specifically Adele Nichols, was there to assist our family in reorganizing and making sure our insurance needs were covered. The process was involved and needed attention to details. Trusts, two siblings, and multiple properties and assets were involved and Adele handled things in a timely and very professional manner.

The sale of insurance products can be a commodity transaction, so it's the service that really matters. The professionals at Clark make the experience "high touch" and "white glove." From Adele in Personal to Josh in Commercial you will receive "top shelf" attention.

We've used Clark for about three years. They did get us improved rates which is nice. They also respond individually and there is no getting lost in a phone tree both of which are really nice. We did have some trouble when we refinanced our mortgage and they didn't pay the insurance and we asked Clark to call the mortgage they were pretty passive and were going "to just see what happened".

We had to push kind of firmly and get our mortgage broker involved to fix it. In the end it got solved and we still enjoy working with Clark but that could've been a lot smoother. Haven't had to file a claim yet so no idea how that'll go.

Four years later and I am still a huge fan of Clark Insurance. Chad, Gillian, Vicki, John, and many others have provided my organization with outstanding service for several years. As a one person Human Resources department, my time and resources are valuable and extremely limited. The team at Clark Insurance understands this and makes my health and benefit related responsibilities less overwhelming. Clark Insurance is exceptional at what they do.

I do not recommend Clark at all. I was working with them for my small business health benefits. I have had so many problems with them. They had been non responsive. I received an email that one of our employees health plan was active July 1st. Then I was billed for June. I have been trying to work with them to rectify this and am not getting no response at all.

I have another employee that was suppose to have health insurance for August and it's now August 15 and we can't get confirmation if she is covered or not. The last email I sent to them was on Wednesday and have not heard anything from them. Steer clear!

I had insurance with Clark for probably 30 years. Business insurance, auto, homeowners. Probably paying too much, but it's better to stick with 1 insurance company. While I away, and my mail forwarding broke, my insurance was canceled because I didn't correspond about my policy. Clark Insurance made no attempt to contact me personally to make sure my home was insured. The whole point of a full service insurance agency is personal service. Now I have a policy through a big company, totally impersonal, not local, but my home is covered.
