Absolutely terrible customer service! The woman I spoke to was just very rude from the beginning, before I could even explain what i was calling about. I sent them a fax, but got an error so I sent it again and still did not receive a fax confirmation. I called just confirm they received my fax and they yelled at me for faxing it "too many times". I was honestly so shocked and confused on why I was being spoken to like that for no apparent reason and from a business that relies on customers!
