I cannot say how much of a help Anna was to me! She guided me through my application to the marketplace and helped me with all my questions. We found an insurance plan for my family and I feel so much better about the decision. We've found them invaluable in finding the appropriate type and amount of coverage for the lowest cost. They help my staff when they have issues with their insurance coverage, and they advise us annually if there is a better provider for any of our coverage. I have been using Halsi Insurance for my business for the past 20 years and Sima and her staff are wonderful. If you have any issues, problems or questions about any of your insurance they are ALWAYS their to help. Sima makes an appointment every year to reveiw my policies to make sure I am getting the best rates and I am up to date. I recently had to change health insurance companies due to the fact that Health Net stopped insuring small businesses.

I had to change in the middle of the year. Not only did Sima find me a new insurance company, she let me know to document what I had spent out of pocket with Health Net and if I met my new deductible I could get a refund from the new insurance company. Poor customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable about customer insurance information. They do not call or send letters to inform clients. According to the staff, "we never call or send reminder letters." No professionalism or knowledgeable staff at this company!

I came here for Obamacare (ACA) health insurance. I was considering three different policies, but the details were confusing. Lisa was prepared with helpful info for me to take home. When I came back, she answered all of my questions (and was cheerful and fun too). Once we got to the healthcare.gov website, she knew exactly what to do. It was so easy. and, of course, free. She even gave me a coffee mug full of various HalSi swag. :) First class!

Lisa is an awesome and cool bean. She's personable and helpful and had no problem helping out someone that might be considered out of the ordinary (or perhaps not, lately). I was looking for some difficult and nigh-impossible to find coverage in my state, and sadly we didn't find it, but Lisa searched high and low. We did find a plan that covers my providers, and that was a learning experience for me for future searches. Lisa was very willing and her attention is greatly appreciated. The attitudes here are really cool and helpful, and if you're lost in the search for health insurance, this is a must-stop. Seriously--you won't regret it.

Wow. This is how to navigate the market place. Don't stress;visit this location on Broadway near Pantano and ask for Anna. She was able to answer all my questions, was efficient and effective and no head ache nor annoyance and no cost to me. I was so so so pleased. I highly recommend. The only negative difficult to find their offices so get specific directions!

I thought it was a lost cause looking for health insurance, but Sima found me a great plan and she contacts me every year to review the plan and to make sure its still fits my needs! Its so much better than talking to a stranger at a 1-800 number. I would highly recommend HalSi for any insurance needs someone has.

Wow. Can I give extra stars for outstanding customer service? Not only did Halsi find an affordable plan for us (we have a very complicated family with very complicated medical needs), but they handle all interfacing with the insurance company! Have a question about your benefits, EOBs, deductibles, covered services, dispute on a bill.? Call Halsi, NOT the insurance company, and Halsi will get your questions answered, and you don't have to pull your hair out talking to the insurance company (or grow old waiting on hold forever).

The best service I have ever gotten. I have my auto, home, life, and 3 types of business insurance with Halsi. Lisa shopped around for the best rates for me and keeps checking periodically to make sure I'm still getting the best rates. Most of all the service is amazing. I can call anytime and ask questions and get personalized service each time. I highly recommend them.
