I researched and considered GEICO, however, the coverage from them was not as thorough and I was not offered life time coverage. Gem City offered me better insurance with the lifetime coverage. The home insurance from Gem City was also superior H0-5 insurance. Price was the same. Thank you!

I never spoke to Cheri but communicated directly with Jack, my insurance agent, and he was always professional. The insurance coverage I received was better than what I was getting from a mainstream, large insurance company and was also less expensive. Jack even helped me find a local insurance agent when I moved out of state. I highly recommend this business!

Communication with this agency is horrible. The customer service rep is very rude and not helpful at all. Cheri tries to make you feel like she is superior to you and speaks to you as if you are stupid. Being a retired customer service insurance producer myself, I understand, in my opinion, more than she does. If she does not like her job, she should find a new one.
