Sara Wallace, our usual contact (along with Mike Rice, and recently Jim Colyer) has always provided good information and looked out for us in finding policies that meet our budget and circumstances. Very friendly, experienced agents. Professionalism a plus. Gary Menchen initially set up our plan years ago, saving us money while identifying proper coverage for home and auto. Jordan Yehnert assisted us recently and was very friendly. I'm confident we are in good hands. Highly recommend this agency.

A friend of mine told me about Theresa Goodman, He said she was the best and he was right. not only did she save me a lot of money compared to my previous insurance but she got me better coverage. She made sure that I got exactly what I needed and has been very helpful even after I purchased my policy. I intend to use her for my insurance needs from now on. I would give her more than five stars if I could.

Probably some of the nicest people in the industry work for American Heritage Insurance Group. The crew in Montgomery Ohio deserve and all inclusive vaction to a resort of their choice for taking care of ALL their customers with professionalism, kindness, value, and especially answering every question you have with a detailed explanation. You just don't find that kind of commitment to customer service that often anymore. Keep up the GREAT work folks!

I have had a great experience every time I have contacted American Heritage Insurance. I have spoken with Stephanie multiple times. She has been so patient and kind answering all of my questions. I ask a lot because I am very careful where I do business. I feel like they really care about getting me not only the best price, but that I have quality insurance coverage.
