16 years we were with them. call to have then put insurance on our new home and they did not do it. Got a call at work from my frantic wife. We had one hour to get it done or the bank was going to pull the loan for lack of insurance. (They had 30 days to do it) When i called to complain Donna said "if you don't like it you can get insurance some place else".

Not even a sorry about that. We almost lost our dream home because they dropped the ball. Don't let it happen to you. They are supposed to be professionals. This time around they did NOT act the part.
