Sandy & Beaver Insurance

Well 3 years ago I started with this company an today 06/15/22 I called in to speak to my agent Heather an I could not be any more disappointed in the attitude u just got from her. so they will either switch my agent or I am going to look else where

I recently canceled my homeowners insurance with Sandy & Beaver Insurance Company on 4/1/22, because I found a much cheaper insurance with double my current coverage. On the 19th of April this company requested payment from my mortgage, they took out over $1000 out of my mortgages escrow account and are now giving me the run around about sending a check back to my mortgage company on 4/27/22.

My mortgage company has no such record of this check being returned as of today 5/6/22, this company states that its still in the mail. I have talked to them about this issue of getting my money back and was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner, This company said that it was a bank issue and they don't owe me the money they owe it to my bank. Last time I checked I pay my mortgage not my bank. Very horrible experience would not recommend them to anyone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I haven't had insurance for years and they found me the best price.

I've used this company for my home insurance for almost 20 years and have no bad experiences. I've had to file a claim in the past and the adjuster was there within 24 hours and settled the claim very fairly. The negative comments on here are from the people i'd expect to leave them, either late on payments or just wanting to point the finger because something didn't go their way.

Critical: Professionalism I'm not even a customer someone from their office called my phone when I called back the lady on phone had a attitude and hung up on me. Maybe have a better person answer your phone to avoid a very angry person showing up at your office.

Get place to get insurance. Easy to work with she they find the right plan to honor what you wasn't and can afford

I've had my insurance lapse and lose my license twice due to I work out of town and can't physically walk in to pay, and they nevverrrrrrrrr answer the phone or call you back. The amount of money I'm paying them is preposterous to not even be able to reach s direct person to pay my bill. Infuriating.

Our company provides restoration services. We have been named Best restoration contractor. Best Roofing contractor. and Best siding contractor by the Tribune Chronicle for the last 2 years We have over 28 employees and operate in 3 states. We currently have customers who have been given then "Run around" since Feb of this year due to this company's inability to settle claims and take care of there customers.

They have sent Craig Gardner who isn't even an employee of there's to assist customers who have suffered losses in an attempt to side step customers and minimize there concerns. Craig who is a sub-contractor has personally intervened and talked negative about our company in an attempt to sway them into settling. Our owner personally reached out to address these issues with Jennifer as well as the president of sandy and beaver with no return calls. We have called over 11 times Do yourself a favor. Find a new insurance company.

This insurance company not only lies to you about your coverage so you will get the policy but they will also deny talking to you when you file a claim, I have the call logs to prove I called but they told the adjuster that they never heard from me which is a COMPLETE lie! They told me whatever I drive is covered, now only the property I damage is covered and the adjuster doesnt know why they did this either! Use caution when dealing with this company!
