Family had been using this insurance agency for 10+ years. There was an incident where a several dollar discrepancy in payment led Patrick Field telling a family member they were not covered when an accident did occur. The check written to pay the insurance premium for that policy contained the correct policy number in the memo; it was several dollars short.
At the end of the day this "hometown" insurance agency sure felt like one of the bigger companies just in it for the money. Patrick was not willing to work with the family on a resolution. All, after 10+ years of personal and business policies with the company. They lost our business. State Farm has been a great change, and better pricing.
