Unlike many other types of permanent life insurance coverage, this policy accrues cash value. The money you put toward your policy in the form of premiums earns interest, so your money makes more money. This product also offers you a flexible premium and the ability to change the death benefit from time to time and vary the amount or timing of your premium payments.
If you have a low-interest, taxable CD, our agency has access to a CD Alternative which offers a higher interest rate which is also tax deferred. A Traditional IRA is mainly an individual savings plan. Contributions are made up to a specified limit with the contribution tax deductible. Money invested and earned are subject to income taxes at time of withdrawal.
