David Watkins, the founding father and cornerstone of Watkins Insurance Group, got his start at the R.B. Lewis Agency, which was established in 1949. The agency sold mortgages, but Mr. Watkins offered insurance and he soon became known for it. In 1965, a new partnership-the Lewis-Watkins-Farmer Agency-was formed.

I have been using Watkins Insurance for my commercial insurance for over 5 years now. They have always done a phenomenal job in handling my insurance needs for my business. Misty Hernandez is always expedient when needing Certificate of Insurances for my customers. She always handles my requests in a professional and timely manner. She is extremely knowledgeable in insurance overall. Recently, I needed to add personal auto insurance to one of my vehicles.
