I have been a customer of Gaudette Insurance since forever-- so long that I don't remember when I first bought insurance from them, although i would estimate at least since the early 1980's. I have taken out auto, home and umbrella insurance with them. I think their premiums for the level of coverage to be reasonable and affordable. Fortunately, I haven't needed to file many claims, but I have filed a few.
Each time, I have been completely satisfied with their handling of the claims-- from initiating, to processing, to updating, to final settlement, to follow up. Their personnel have always been professional, pleasant and highly efficient.

I have, unfortunately had to do multiple claims for both my house and my car, but gaudette has always made this simple and easy, even rushing through paperwork soo could purchase anew car after mine had been totaled. It is always a stressful time when you make a claim - it means something in your life is not going well - Gaudette takes away some of that stress and smooths the way. I like that I can always call and talk to a person or drop by in person if I need to.

I have been a customer of Gaudette Insurance since 1974 when I got my driver's license. Through the years they have been helpful, reliable and available to help with my car insurance needs. On the few occasions when I have had a claim, they processed it efficiently and stayed on top of things. Registering vehicles, getting plates, renewing registrations, etc. can be confusing and they are always there to help. I recommend them.

We have been insuring our vehicles with Gaudette for over 40 years and have always received exceptional service. We do not have to worry about paperwork when purchasing a vehicle. It is all taken care of for us. Any time we have a question we can email or call. We have always received a prompt answer. We never have to call back twice. We have recently had to revise our home insurance policy and Pat went right to it, made the change and got us a great price for the policy. I would definitely recommend Gaudette as a great company to work with for all your insurance needs.
