We recently made some changes to move our daughter off our plan. She got her own plan through SBIA and there was a mix up by the insurance company she chose. They truncated her mailing address. This caused the insurance company to send her a cancel notice and penalty fee before she even got the policy. Well, one call to SBIA and the problem was solved! Shop local for your insurance needs!

We have been customers of the Stephen Benjamin Insurance Agency since July 2013. We are very pleased with the services provided. We recently had a problem with water damage. The insurance adjuster was here promptly, taking measurements, discussing the damage and working with our contractor. We received a check within a very short period of time.
