Unlike a captive, or direct insurance company who only offers their own proprietary products, our agency is 100% independent of any one company. Many insurance consumers don't fully understand just how important that really is. Derek is the best agent I've worked with hands down. Not only is he honest, knowledgeable, and responsive, he is just a pleasant person to work with. He even impressed my very finicky 80 years old mother when he helped her with condo insurance. Not an easy task to explain the ins and outs of a policy to an elderly woman that is a little difficult to deal with!
