It has now seemed like this agency has used my family as a cash cow through the years. I'm not sure who is skimming off the top but offering me the best rate auto insurance at a $10,000 a year rate is insane. My family liked to go to these people for many years but now they seem like they have profitability in their mind. I hope they enjoy the vacations they've accrued scamming people but please, for the love of God, never use these people.
