This review is only related to initial inquiry and quote process. Adding a star for the timely response initially. Really not much else to rate as the communication was quite poor after initial information was obtained. Other reviews seemed promising and that's why we contacted H&K for our master insurance needs. Not sure if we were a less attractive potential client due to the fact we are a very small, owner-operated condo association of only 5 units?
Or it could be that we were in the process of shopping around with other agencies to find the best coverage/deal compared to what we currently carry (not sure if this is frowned upon?). Either way, a simple update throughout the process in terms of timeline/expectations or a straight forward reply if we were not a good fit for H&K would have been appreciated.
