Horrible costumer servce, , my representative was a very rude person whit only one call in all the process she told me she don't have time to answer my emails that's what happen to deal whit a fakes insurance they only charge like a good insurance but for responde and do the work are the most cheapest and the service soo poor

The driver who hit my car in the parking lot while it was unattended gave me her insurance carrier Mapfre. She hit my Mercedes with her honda. Their field rep submitted an estimate for me to review. Now one month later the field rep and the Central claims person 4 there California region is not contacting me after trying to get a hold of them for one and a half almost two weeks now seeing all the other reviews and that people haven't been paid after several months I'm very concerned want to know what's my next step should I contact the California insurance commissioner

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Look out for imaginary characters that they built that you could never reach out to. For example: Tracy or Lopez. They'll never reach out to you nor deal with your case. Don't expect anything from them. It's a scam and I'm about to put them out of business.

Lois Gaudet 3 reviews 6 months ago Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Mapfre uses delaying and denial to avoid paying valid claims. Even when there is no dispute, they refuse to pay the victim. If you have a dispute, you should run, not walk, to find an attorney. I agree with Lois, you are better off going thru your own insurance or get an attorney or you may be stuck with paying for some of the repairs yourself.

It has almost been impossible to get a hold of the person handling my claim/anyone involved with the organization. I have never in my life encountered a company so good in not answering the phone. It's been about two months since I have received my estimate and I am still waiting on my check so I can get my car fixed. The review under this pretty much sums up my feelings.
Note on 12/11- It has been almost three months now and no check. The first one apparently got "lost". Now it has been almost a month since the second check was sent and I still have gotten NOTHING. I try and call and to no surprise no one picks up. It seems the best communication channel is by writing a review.

Still have not heard from them since receiving a letter in regards to car seat reimbursement. which was 3-4 months ago. tried to call and was told to cal the automated line and leave a message. which is extremely dumb since i'm talking to an actual person now. Time for another Audit the BBB needs to investigate

Stay away from this company! Did not realize that my payment had not gone through to the company they did not send a letter, text or email to let me know that it had not gone through and canceled my insurance without my knowing. I got pulled over by a cop who stated he believed I did not have insurance I told him that was not possible as my policy was absolutely intact. Came home and called to find out that indeed they had canceled my insurance and did not let me know. So I guess I'm about to find out if I owe thousands of dollars to the state of California for not having insurance I didn't know I didn't have. THANKS!

Do not sign on with this company. My vehicle was stolen and they have been the most unhelpful company to deal with. I'm beyond livid. I've been paying my monthly premium on time for over a year and they are refusing to put me in a rental until they finish their investigation. It's been 20 days since my car was stolen and my adjuster has only called me once. I've had to call different tow yards to see what they can tell me about my vehicle after it was recovered by the police. I'm the victim of a crime and they are investigating me like I'm the criminal. For an entire week with no response, left multiple voicemails. Insurance is supposed to help you in times like these, that's what I pay a monthly premium for! Go with another company that actually values their clients. This is the only time I've ever wished there was an option for less than one star.

Did not provide me with a copy of my policy nor did they explain the policy because of that the company did not cover my accident. It is disappointing and heartbreaking when you have been contributing all this money & you're not even covered. Customer service is horrible Absolutely horrendous, also. Workers have no compassion for your situation. The claim adjusters failed to contact me within a timely manner.
My claim adjuster has not called me in over two weeks on the other hand the opposing claims adjuster called me withis two days and sent someone out. They simply do not care. I'm convinced none the staff are happy with their jobs. Rude, disrespectful, degrading and demeaning. They would not make any contact with me over the phone and they absolutely did not do their job of fighting for me which I paid months and months of money for them to do at the very least. It's sad and it hurts to know companies like MAPFRE are extorting it's clients like this.

Very bad online services, can not log-in, can not created an account can not do anything. They are giving me a very fool reasons making me can't logging. Can't wait for the policy expiration date, WILL NEVER renew and I will tell all the people I know to not to come cross this crabby company. They are giving me very hard times since the first day I joined till now. They change my policy so many times charging me more money without any reasons. Worst insurance company ever.
