There's a reason Finck & Perras Insurance continually gets voted best insurance agency in the Valley. Because they are awesome! I just opened a float center in town and let's just say there was a little accident right before opening. I went running to Finck and Perras with no phone call or heads up and Pat took me right into his office and answered all my questions.
After sitting with him for over an hour, he came to the business and checked everything out (mind you this was after hours). Within the next week, Pat and Deb Sheldon (who has magical insurance agent powers) personally came to the float center to sit me down and go over all the best options. In case you don't know what flotation therapy is, let's just say it's not the easiest business to insure.
This being my first business (a.k.a. knowing nothing about insurance), Pat and Deb took the time to answer all my questions and get me the best insurance rates possible. Weeks later I got a letter in the mail from Travelers saying the insurance for the business was cancelled. What!?! Before I could even reach out to Finck and Perras, Deb used her magical powers and got the insurance back! I got an email from Deb explaining not to worry. She "took care of it" and Travelers took me back. I think I even got a better rate? Thank Pat, Deb and Finck and Perras!
