In 1926, the Franklin King Jr. Insurance Agency was opened in Haydenville, Massachusetts., with the philosophy of providing professional advice supported by honesty and integrity. In 1932, the office moved to Northampton. In 1947, Frank Jr. teamed with Albert Cushman, then president of Northampton National Bank, to form what is known today as King & Cushman, Inc.

Between the warm, genuine welcoming service that Chris welcomes you with and the above expectations service that Lilliam provides you with, I recommend anyone and everyone seeking car insurance to go to King and Cushman. Lilliam is beyond helpful and leaves you walking out feeling satisfied and cared for. I am very thankful for the referral from my friend who has been part of their company for many years.

For sure recommend King and Cushman specifically Jill Lesko. I shopped around for home insurance when my wife and I bought our first house a few months back. I looked at AMICA, GEICO, Allstate, and Liberty Mutual as well as King and Cushman. I went with King and Cushman specifically for a few reasons: Jill Lesko was great to work with, super informative, responsive, and never pushy. Next: I paid maybe $10-20 dollars more a month compared to some of the larger national brands but I got significantly more insurance coverage with it including 100% extended cost value which none of the other larger companies had without paying WAYYY more.
For me it's a no brainer, I'll be recommending King & Cushman/Jill Lesko to all my friends who are looking to buy a house. For reference I bought in Western MA specifically Northampton MA

Even before the whole Covid thing, King and Cushman have always bent over backwards to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They treat each person as an individual, understanding that not everyone is in the same boat. I love these people, and I don't plan on doing business with anyone else.

I had an extremely positive experience talking to Jill Lesko at King & Cushman to get a quote for insuring our new home. She was personable, helpful, and very quick to respond to my questions via email. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We ultimately decided on a policy from a carrier that K&C does not represent, but I was so impressed by Jill that I asked her to remember me if K&C does ever represent our preferred carrier.
